At Summer Thyme Coffee, every batch is roasted fresh, never sitting on shelves. Because of this, please allow 7–10 business days from the time of your order for roasting, processing, and shipping. We promise, it’s worth the wait.

For the best possible cup, we recommend enjoying your coffee at its peak:

• Wait 5–7 days after delivery before grinding whole beans to allow the flavors to fully develop.

• Always grind fresh, just before brewing, for the richest taste.
