Summer Thyme Coffee Experience – Disclaimer & Waiver By booking and participating in the Summer Thyme Coffee Experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: Assumption of Risk Participation in a coffee tasting and blending experience involves the consumption of hot beverages and the use of coffee equipment. You understand and accept all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to burns, spills, allergic reactions, or sensitivities to caffeine. Health & Dietary Responsibility Participants are responsible for disclosing any allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities prior to the experience. Summer Thyme Coffee is not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from consumption of coffee or related products. Caffeine Awareness Coffee served during the experience contains caffeine. By participating, you acknowledge your awareness of your personal tolerance and agree to consume responsibly. Personal Responsibility Participants agree to follow all instructions provided during the experience. Summer Thyme Coffee reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual who is disruptive or behaving in an unsafe manner. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Summer Thyme Coffee, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in the Coffee Experience. Media Release By attending, you grant permission for Summer Thyme Coffee to capture and use photos or videos of the experience for marketing and promotional purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event. Booking & Cancellation Policy All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable.
